[DEV REQUEST] Allow us to see beneficial effects while keeping battle effects off

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like with character effects, it's all or nothing. You can turn everything off or leave everything on. I'd like to propose a middle ground where beneficial AOE effects (sacred soil, things like that) can be seen but battle effects remain turned off.

I think there's 3 level? show all, show some, and none?

"Show Limited" keeps ground AoEs visible. My computer can't handle all the flashy effects so I play with "Show Limited" all the time and I can see Soils, Asylums, Shadow Flares, ect. just fine.
