Free trial upgrade to full version

Hi !

My friend started the game with the free trial and now he wants to play the full version. I told him to use the mog station to upgrade his account, but he is redirected to the square enix shop to buy and get a code to register.

The problem is that we can't find the version of the game with ARR + Heavensward, wich I bought in July for myself. Does this version doesn't exist anymore on PC ?

Another question : if he buy the ARR download version, how do he get his code ? By mail ?

I assume you are from EU since you are on Zodiark.

That is the link for the ARR + Heavensward combo.

For all download versions, they will send an email which will lead you to the code. You then apply that code on the mogstation account. You cannot buy the game from the mogstation.

Of course, all this is assuming your friend used the mogstation trial and not the Steam trial.

Oh thanks for the link. Why they hide it so much ? Plus it's the same price as ARR + Heavensward separated, they should lead to this version in the first place XD

EDIT : Ofc that can't be that simple. Now i'm apparently not in the "Serviced countries". That's funny because France is in the list of serviced countries, i'm actually in France and on my profile I selected France. Boring.
