    Server transfers do not exclude character-creation-restricted servers.

    People had been taking advantage of this, so it must stop at SOME point...



    Apologies for not having more details, as I did not think to make a formal report out of this. I also lack the funding to make said formal report (it requires a server transfer).

    Is this a joke post? I'm not well right now so my sarcasm detection is offline.

    It's designed so that if you really want to get on a server you can, by paying to do so. People cried for monetisation of extras & they got it.

    Not a bug/error or anything.

    Money talks. I paid for a transfer to Gilgamesh during prime time and got transferred within a minute. Literally one minute, not even joking.

    The issue seems to be that it says it won't allow it but actually does. Whether we WANT it to be allowed is a different issue.
