quest not able to be done

[Sjach]

Hello. My Character name in game is Sjach Miirik on the Ultros Server. I accepted the Leves of Little Ala Mhigo quest, however for some reason i am currently unable to open the map, abandon or even complete the quest. I think i might have triggered it before a duty popped but i am unsure. So i am here with it in my quest log and unable to even possibly reset the quest so i can complete it.

Quests that unlock leves are leves themselves.

You have to go to Little Ala Mhigo and check your normal map and look for the circle that indicates where you initiate the leve
