New Semi-HC / Semi- Casual Static LFM

Hi all,

We are building a new Semi-HC/Semi-Casual raidteam and still look for members.

Open roles:
- 2 tanks (pref one warrior, one dark knight but just ask)
- 1 mage (summoner or blackmage)
- 1 healer (pref whitemage or astrologian)

What we expect:
- Your ilvl is ideally 190+ (if 185+ you may still ask)
- If it is needed for a weapon we are open to run Ravana for it
- Skill on your class
- Skill to learn and adjust to the team/raidsituation
- Being able to take criticism
- Raid awareness/think outside of guides

What we offer:
- We plan on raiding 2 times per week for 2-3 hrs/ days still need to be talked over; we can expand this due to needs of the raidteam
- No Teamspeak or any voiceover is required, but maybe we still can agree on such for some occasions
- Raid progress starts on AS1 Faust and Opressor some have kill some have only a bit experience
- We are open to help clear 2.X content or recent Primals
