Please reduce the Esotheric reward for the team that finished 2nd and 3rd

If you remove or reduce eso tomestones rewards it would mean less reason for people to queue up for pvp. On Chaos DC that would mean more switching away from Adders, you can check the rankings yourself (even funnier if you sort by win-loss-ratio) and longer queues for everyone else. As an Adder my queue is pretty short (14 minutes vs >30 for the other two) and you're almost certainly losing. The reasons for that are many, personally I don't care as much since I've already gotten my floating orb.
But if you remove or reduce eso tomestones I mostly certainly wouldn't queue for it anymore and, I'm just guessing here, so would many others who make the matches happen in the first place.

I have to come back to this again: By win-loss-ratio you have 5 Mael and 0 Adders in the top 100 last month on Chaos DC. What do you think would happen on Adders side when you get 0 or reduced esoterics?

1- 40
2-20 (like now)
3-10 (half for losing)

So people who wanna play for eso playing and surely a bit of times they are in second places, bots and only lecheers (or if you have less fortune) only 10 and for the winners and incentivate everyone to win 40 esoterics like a dungeon expert run.

real PvPers shouldn't care about Eso from the beginning. I will slam the door on their ass on their way out. those people are the reason why Adders lose all the time to begin with. let them go.

I mean, I pretty much haven't either, but only because the current situation allows me to cap tomestones mid-week off Seal Rock. Remove that and I would be doing Neverreap/Fractal to cap instead, and I wouldn't be happy about it.

Playing this game solely for the PvP though? Other games do PvP far better (or at least don't have this awful latency), and other games don't literally ignore the PvP community for over a year. I mean, I'd have quit the game right now were it not for PvP, since 3.0s content is frankly pathetic, but I'm looking forward to content like Sky-Islands and the new Relics. If I never cared for the PvE content, I'd have moved onto a different game long ago just off the developers response (or lack-there-of) to PvP concerns.

i wouldnt say i'm the only one, there are some huge groups on midgarsormr, fairie, ultros and behemoth, not to mention the japanese servers
