3.X MP Formulas for Healers

Since a cursory search on Google did net anything, here are the current MP and PIE functions for each healer.

AST MP = 9,198 + 6.467*PIE
SCH MP = 8,813 + 6.199*PIE
WHM MP = 9,198 + 6.467*PIE

To note, the PIE function is about 18.2% weaker for both SCH and WHM compared to the same function in the 2.X arc. This is partially compensated by the fact that PIE secondaries are higher than their secondary counterparts of Crit and SpS in the 3.X arc thus far. This is compared to the 2.X arc where PIE was normally lower than their secondary counterparts. I guess that's how S-E balanced MP growth for this round of patches.

Also to note that all three healers have a base PIE of 261 when completely naked.
