[Dev 1032] Attack boosting skills and STR not working properly?

So when you have no STR gear is your damage less then when you have STR gear on? Or you just saying, when you put STR gear on the stats in your stats menu (e.g., attack) don't change?

Yeah no value's change in the menu but if it does not change in the menu what does it modify? All the other stats are basically explained thru the menu except str so i would just like to know what it does.
