I've not used any leve Allowances since 1.19 came out. SO WHY DO I ONLY HAVE 8 STILL?

I thought they were supposed to stack every 12 hours regardless (up to 99?)of whether we are playing or not?

At any given time you can only accept 8 Regional and 8 Local leves still. Unless you mean it specifically tells you you only have 8 allowances, which is very weird because I stacked up to 24 before.

I had the same problem on my second account. They did not got past 8 till I actually talked to the leve counter guy now there stacking up.

Presumably so all the in-active accounts don't come back later on with 99 allowances.

Yep. to Korbei I think. They don't want you be like "oh i updated a week late and have 99 leve allowances woot" they want you to talk to the leve counter guy prove you are active and then you receive the stacking as almost a reward for playing the game. I'm not sure if I like it or not, I mean sure you could be inactive and stack 99 leves and it is sort of unfair I guess....but not totally. I mean a couple of my friends rely on me for info for this game, so i'm like "log on talk to a leve counter, so you can start stacking leves when you're not playing" and it sounds sorta silly to log on just for that. I mean if you're in college right now, its probably somewhere around midterm time, so these people want to basically stack leves till that time period is done and then we'll link leves and such.

I believe you needed to talk to the NPC @ counter in the adv. guild after 1.19.

That started the "Tally" of leves. (They start stacking to 99.)

You are only allowed to have 8 leves at a time, but can go back to adv. guild and pick up more leves, long as you still have allotment for them.

I didn't update late. I've logged in since the patch before I played yesterday so.

I think they are stacking now.

it says it in the patch notes about this, just for clarification.

After patch 1.19 is implemented, players can receive their initial allocation of 8 leves by visiting the Adventurers' Guild, after which time their leve allowance will accumulate at the abovementioned rate.
