This happens to me as well. the time varies but can be as high as 14 secinds off.

This happens to me every single time I change jobs. So I have to relog EVERY time I want to start doing anything serious, like going 0/25 on stupid ifrit drops. (yes, true count so far)

Age old problem going back to alpha along with the 30002 error and the client=/=server responses.

every hour recheck and reset this global recast timer variable

THATS IT! this would solve 99% of the issues ppl deal with, the timers almost always get worse and worse the longer you stay logged in and a simple resetting of this variable would solve the issue ( do whatever you do when the client starts to reset this variable )

Long term figure out the real issue and have it fixed by 2.0 please.

Noticed this issue since I've began playing, but the other day the timers were completely off. Most of my actions just translated to "That command cannot be performed right now". Quite frustrating.

ive noticed this too, it definitely is a bug because its not constant for me.
