A Player Reborn and looking for home

This is another Looking for FC post, but an honest and serious one.
Let me tell you about me, then what I'm looking for in an FC:

I'm actually a returning player. I spent about four to five months playing as a Paladin for an FC I co-managed on Famfrit. I stopped playing after reaching T3 in the Binding Coil. Perhaps it was a compounded result from the stress of real life (later finding out I had some mental issues--which are now kept in check--yay for mindfulness exercises and meds), having one or more drama-mamas in the FC thus would make the game not fun, and consistently feeling like there wasn't any progression in the game for me. There were also other games (like WildStar, Dragon Age 3, and others) coming out that pulled me away.

Here we are now, months if not more than a year away and finally enough buzz on the Interwebs drew me back to see what was going on. My old guild master from what I could remember said something about moving to Behemoth so I thought I'd try my luck on this server--and start fresh. I even swapped a controller for my Naga and Tarterus. I've been putting off joining an FC (even though I've gotten a few invites and had some chats) because I wanted to make sure that this was something I could commit to again and actually make the investment of purchasing the expansion. And I'm feeling the magic again.

Here's what I'm looking for in an FC:

• Primarily a membership of working adults (21+)
• Not too casual, but not too hardcore either.
• A friendly atmosphere with keeping the swearing to a minimum
• Understanding that while playing the game is great, real life comes first (meaning that I need to put myself out there and be social in the real world because I need to find a lady ;D)
• Drama-free environment (I have enough to deal with at work--Eorzea is meant to be an escape).
• Flexible, but working towards a set rotation of events (be they raids, treasure hunts, or any kind of group activities).

We are recruiting in Soldier <SLDR>. I'll respond to your points:

• Yep.

• We have statics who raid 10 hours a week to people leveling, crafting, or gathering. We let everyone progress at their own pace.

• I think we are friendly. There isn't a lot of swearing but it does exist and it varies by person and activity. You can always mute or blacklist them.

• We don't require putting the game ahead of RL for the FC. A FC static may different but this could be true of any static.

• It's pretty drama free. Officers resolve any arguments privately.

• There is no set rotation of events other than our statics' raid schedules. If you need help clearing a fight we can see who is available at the moment or set something up at a later date.
