I would like to thank Gm Unurlotho for his very quick, helpful, and pleasant response to a report I submitted! I hope that all GM's represent themselves in the same manner as Gm Unurlotho!! He definitely made me feel much better after having undergone an unpleasant experience with a rude and very immature gamer.
