World Server Transfer Issue

Hello,

I am trying to do a world server transfer. I have quadruple checked that I meet all the requirements listed here:

When I go to the mog station to do it, under the current world and character selection area nothing shows up.

I created a support ticket and I get an automatic response from them that tells me I should create a support ticket to get help.

Any helpful ideas or tips on how to fix this or get actual customer support would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like the ticket came through in the end, not sure what they did but it works now. Was going to move/delete this but cant figure out how to.
