    Unable to complete version check [PS4]

    I am able to open the launcher and enter my password, but when I click log in, the screen goes black and displays the error "Unable to complete version check. [20458][24530][20447][410]".

    I am a PS4 user, and my launcher version is displayed as "2015.08.21.0000.0000(1623648)".

    I have tried resetting both the game and PS4 system multiple times - is there a way to force the console to check for update?

    On the PS4 menu, highlight FFXIV and press the Options button on your controller and choose Check for Updates

    Thank you - it says "The installed application is the latest version" - the problem persists

    i changed from my wireless to a LAN cable and it found the update straight away ^^ so if you can change it to a wired connection also change your MTU settings to 1473 this helps with connections with some games
