Adversaire<VERSA> is opening recruitment for exceptional players with chill attitudes

<VERSA> has been an active medium-sized end-game progression FC since late 2.0. We take pride in retaining a high level of talent without the overly elitist or toxic attitude. Our core player-base are min-maxers who aim to play at the top world level while raiding casual hours. While we do not attempt world progression, we've accomplished little things such as consistent first week clears, clearing FCoB in 48 hours of raid time, personal FCoB DPS records in the top 2 in the world based on twitter records and known DPS scoreboards.

We're currently on A3S but have only been in a few times as a group and are working on final phase progression.

You can expect from us a dedicated community of players with a deep understanding of the game and their respective jobs, who are willing to help players improve as long as they put in the effort to learn.

Ultimately, we're the type of players who understand that mechanics + consistency come first. While DPS is one metric of skill, it is the weakest indication (and easiest to achieve) of what truly makes an exceptional player. We expect our members to understand this and strive to be truly exceptional in all aspects of the game without the need to shit talk others. We expect our members to be open-minded about the game, other people, and what it takes to fit into a community; you get out what you put in. At the end of the day, we're all people with our own priorities and we're here to have fun together and look out for each other.

We farm all (old) content this game has to offer, do sales, help each other learn content, and do other fun things such as karaoke, /random social games, Cards against Humanity online, drunken 'raid' nights, all over TS. We have airships, a medium house (upgrading to large as soon as new plots come out).

We have an active TS and an active FC website for news updates, organization. We even started our own internal DPS tracking scoreboard. Some of us enjoy writing guides for our own community for fights, our job intricacies, etc.

That said, we are rather exclusive and generally keep to ourselves. Currently opening recruitment to passionate, skilled, friendly players who can fit into our culture. Ideally, candidates will have at least cleared A1S and are actively working on A2S or A3S.
You may be in external statics, and exceptional statics can also be considered for membership.
