They don't want people to rush to 60 doing pre-HW content. (ahahaha NT)

Do I agree with it? No.
Well... Lvl 50 dungeons are INCREDIBLY fast to run through, there really would be little to no reason to set foot into 51-59 content outside of the story or the odd Leveling Roulette.
I can see why SE delayed the addition of EXP to these dungeons.
I honestly prefer the way it is right now if you could get exp from 50 dungeons you could hit 60 very fast by just speed running Brayflox HM or something.
Secretly hoping for "never" personally, but it'll be added eventually. And I'm dreading it every day.
You can enter Brayflox HM synced to i110.
Brayflox HM was tuned for i70.
You know those two insane pulls through the first half of the dungeon? Can you imagine the amount of XP people would get from that, followed by dissolving the party and doing it again. And again. And AGAIN?
It would be Dzemael all over again, just for level 50s.
The reason? The monsters don't have experience values.
So now they not only have to add values, but balance and work out which enemy gives what experience.
It's actually quite intensive work, so that's why we have to wait for 3.1.
I'm honestly more interested in them giving EXP when you're in an Undersized Party... Being able to actually enter instances without a full set up was a massive plus in my book, sadly they ruined it by making it only really relevant at endgame and only even allowing it on A Realm Reborn content... I would very much like to go through somewhere like the Dusk Vigil duo, and actually be rewarded for it...
We're getting EXP from Lv50 dungeons in 3.1 (which is understandable given EXP values need to be created and balanced for the dungeons), but I've heard nothing about them letting us EXP with Undersized Parties (with or without the item level sync), or them implementing the feature for "new" content... Literally the only reason I can think against it is that EXP/Gil in dungeons are, for some odd reason, split among the party equally, so if you duo'd a dungeon you'd get double the EXP/Gil. Actually I'm not sure if that's the case for EXP, but it certainly is/was for Gil, given the beetles in Wanderer's Palace used to give more EXP if you waited for people to leave at the end and then spawned them and soloed them... I wouldn't mind going through without getting Gil if EXP isn't handled in the same way... Either way, it shouldn't be a major problem to sort out...
I really am quite sick of EXPing in this game being mindlessly boring though. FATEs are a mindless zerg and dungeons with a full party aren't much better, at least when you're doing things without the full party things are a bit more interesting... Undersized Party added a lot of potential for this games content, shame they wasted it by limiting it so much... It's basically only good for farming item drops, duoing Primals is fun and all, but this could really be so much more...
