How to abandon Levequests

Long story short, I didn't read what Orwen in Aleport was offering in Levequests. Being a Marauder, I am no where near level 15 in magic.

This quest is just sitting on my screen with no way to delete or abandon it.

I am playing on a PS4 if that is any help

Just click on the levequest in question in the list on the right hand side of the screen - it should open up your Journal on the page for that quest. Then simply scroll the page down and click on the 'Abandon' button at the bottom of the page, and click 'yes' when it asks you if you want to abandon it. Simple really.

I'm guessing it's the initial quest to open up all leves from the guy, and can't be abandoned.

So am I stuck with this quest on my screen till level a magic user to 15

What quest, and why do you think you need to be a magic user to do it?

Usually levequests can be done by disciples of war/magic so you should be able to do it as a marauder...
Otherwise if you really want to abandon it, follow Enkidoh's advice.

The one I can't turn in is "Tail in Tow" & Leves of Aleport

I am not on the game right now, but I did a quick search on the internet. That levequests is an escort mission.
Once you activate it from your journal, you need to use the emote /beckon on the npc and guide it to your destination (green area) while killing enemies that appear on the road.

You can definitely do this as a disciple of war.

You need to initiate and complete "Tail and Tow," 25 Gladiator should have no issue doing it. When you turn it in, you get the reward for it and "Leves of Aleport," as well as unlocking all the Aleport leves.

While crafting and gathering leves are specific to a particular class, the combat leves can be done by any combat class. There aren't any that are specific to Disciples of Magic.
