Yes if a person is running into monsters not fighting right or trolling yeah I agree kick, though if a person is dodging fine and you all are dying and you guys say well you arent helping dps is too low thats why I die then you are in the wrong.

The way you say this makes it sound like your DPS is so bad, you're doing less than dead people. Anyway, if everyone kept constantly dying to avoidable damage, you're maybe better off leaving the group; if everyone kept dying to unavoidable damage, it's more than likely the healers' fault then.

Oh and about the snakes, like I said why would you need a program to win the fight that's my question to you.

Stop evading the question. The parser alone has not and never will win you the fight, becuase it can't do that -- parsers can't play the game for you. If they could, it would be botting, and before you even go there, parsers and botting have about as much in common as you getting a haircut and your neighbour deciding to eat meatballs that day.

It's nothing but the data in your combat log. You could theoretically do all that parser is doing with pen and paper, but it would take forever.

This debate is never going to end until SE finally steps in, just like the STR vs VIT debate going on with tanks currently.

We definitely need an ingame parser or to have third party ones officially sanctioned. As others have said, there's no reason for tanks and healers to be held to certain standards but DPS get a free ride.

If you want to stick your head in the sand and pretend people aren't parsing, you can do that.
Just don't act surprised when a lot of others ARE doing it, and ARE vote-kicking people.
