Do you notice the effects of your cards?

I have been curious for my fellow astrologians. Do you notice the effect your cards bring to a group?
Personally cause i pug everything which means random people i have no decent way to see any of the boosts these cards supposed to give. It feels like i am throwing them out for the fun of it or something.

I do notice. But it is much easier to tell while in a good group.

Strange question. How would we notice the buffs? Like you throw Balance on blm and suddenly they start one-shotting everything? You throw Ewer on a whm and mana starts pouring out of their ears?

Have to agree with this. Especially with Spear, Ewer & Spire.

There are also many ASTs which throw cards on someone that got another cardbuff just a moment before...or Even better, throw a Bowl on a Monk or so XD

Such ASTs really just suck!

Not a fellow Astrologian (yet).

But I notice when I get a card from an AST.
And when I'm in a random group, I feel so special when I get the buff out of all the other DPS

Sometimes I'll throw an enhanced balance/arrow on someone and time dilate it and then I brainfart and throw another card right on them when they still have like 15 seconds left.

I have people tell me all the time they love my buffs, so I'm pretty sure they notice.

I notice them more when I'm not playing my AST (particularly Arrow--it has the most easily visible effect), as while healing I'm not paying much attention to how quickly things are dying. I spend more time looking at the party frame.

Before buffs and card changes, I honestly didn't... The only one that I would notice a difference on, while DPS, was Arrow. Post buffs/changes, I do feel it a bit more.

Last night, DFed into Amdapor NM, and I think I may have accidently made the BLM steal aggro with an enhanced Balance while they were Fire II-ing. He hadn't had problems Fire 2ing other mobs... But after one or two Balanced Fire 2s, I watched the mobs switch and run towards the poor fella, thinking, "ohshit.... oops?".

(might not have been related, but kinda seemed it, lol)

I notice moreso with Arrow and Regen-type cards more than Balance and Bole... mainly because I can visibly see mp - and now tp - bars fill. Arrow I can see the difference most when I use it on a caster (via cast bars recast) or on MCH (and watching them go faster)
