Personal Thought on Personal Chest

Retainers are awesome, i love all the space they give me for storing all my
Weapons, Armor, items, food, crafting mats, glams, etc

but... i hate the feeling of being obligated to level it.
and... the pain it is to sort my items in it.
and... the fact that the retainer interface is clunky.
and... the unused options like their crystal storage, and money storage

Now what if. mind you, please bear with me, this is only a thought.

what if you could buy a Personal Chest on the Mog station that functions just like
the Company chest only its yours and only for you.

now i know a lot of you, your first response would be "just buy another retainer"
my answer to that is, i don't need anymore retainers i have enough room with the
ones i have. i just want a different way to store my items. and i love how the chest system works.

i don't know... just a thought...

You mean like the armoire that could easily hold any items but is limited to only holding seasonal/special gear that is at 100% condition?

I converted my personal house to a fc house which I use via alt, just for the company chest. Would like a chest as a personal house tho

Until they deal with the root issue with making more storage, being the amount of data storage they have and the game uses, I don't see them adding any more serious storage options regardless of the flavour. I think they did say they had plans to make retainers easier to use.

You know you don't have to level your retainer at all. Their level has no impact on their capacity, just their ability to bring back random stuff.

Personal Chest would be awesome even just 1 Page(FC chest have 3 Page).
