Yeah Xbox One controllers are the same way. Once I paired it with my computer it didn't work with the Xbox until I resynced it.That's an issue with Bluetooth peripherals, and it can't pair to more than one device at a time. Even if it could, then how would each know that an input was intended for them (actually that in itself is an easy fix but...)? EM signals are broadcast and everyone in range to receive gets the message, so you will have an instance of the device not knowing what to do if the both the PC and PS4 send it conflicting messages (such as shutting off).
