    Worst fears about specialist crafting are realized

    Yup, they went and made some key material synths specialist only. Blacksmith Specialist gets the Titanium Alloy Ingot; Leatherworker gets Pterodactyl Leather; Weaver gets Cloud Cloth.

    At least these mats are only required for Sky Pirate gear, which is also 100% specialist but, because it is only iLevel 185, useless except for glamour.

    Than-you SE for continuing to find ways of restricting people from content!

    So far people I've talked to are either quitting, making alts, or they're working to collude with other crafters in response to this.

    Mmm I'm glad all that stuff I just gathered in the Diadem will have a purpose then.

    Also, glamour is hardly useless. Isn't that what that other thread wanted? To NOT have a real "use" for specialist? ONLY hoping it's glamour and cosmetic items? I'm so confused on what crafters want; I keep hearing completely different stories.

    This was know to come milles away. Just make friends or crafting partners or coordinate with you FC is there are multiple crafters. Is not the end of the world.

    I'm confused. Isn't a specialist something that you can turn on and off by equipping a soul stone? I legit don't know, but it seems silly to be that restrictive.

    It is, but you can only have three crafting soulstones while there are eight crafting classes.
