    hello FFXIV

    hello....I 'm reaching out to try and locate any WoW expat players who have switched to FFXIV; especially those that exited during the Fight for Flight...tyvm

    PS: as you can see, I'm loving playing FFXIV and have plans to remain a long-term community member...

    Jecca and Volastrasz where are you?????...

    If you want to raid, WoW has fights with better mechanics, a better variety of bosses, and less artificial difficulty (need gear to pass a heal/dps check) walls but more difficult and intriguing mechanics. Alexander Savage is a huge improvement from coil imo and a step in the right direction. If you want to PVP, the queue times in FF are longer as there's three factions instead of two, and the PVP is rather bland here. But that's all there is in WoW. A new raid and more PVP every xpac. FF14 has done a good job of bringing a variety of new features every patch... not to mention there's a ton of fan service here. I just find FF14 to be the more fun game. Once 3.0 raid content is over, there will still be things to do. Outside of raiding in WoW I just got bored.

    I'm happy as thing are...very happy. More raid content is upcoming, and I have so much to do to keep me occupied that I don't mind the wait...

    I just want to see if I can find these players from the WoW forums; it was during a very unhappy time over there that I noticed them, and the way they tried to rally the community to save the game. They made it very clear they were headed here and posted the server names. I'm trying to find them. I hope they haven't switched servers. I know they are not back in wow, and from what they said, they were very impressed with FFXIV.....so I'm still looking...
