Cast Sequencing Macros: Are the possible?

I've actually had the opposite experience. In XI I used controller exclusively, but here I just can't get the hang of the cross bar. I've tried and the only jobs I feel I can do with any efficiency are crafting and gathering jobs. I play WAR and BLM and there's way too many buttons that I need available RIGHT NAOW to be shuffling through cross bars ; ;

I wish macros here were more useful. This fear of "botting" is so irrational considering there are real bots in the game already that have nothing to do with macros at all. Castsequence and ctrl\alt\shift modifiers would add to the QoL of actual players and wouldn't harm the game at all. Many other games have this and they didn't crash and burn.

That's why I have shared and non shared bars along with sheated and unsheated ones. Only sheated ones have non combat stuff like teleport and mounts etc... while unsheated have just the actualy skills.
