    definitely buffed, I just soloed cactuar jack, could only get him like 7/8ths of the way down before patch. FYI you can get 2 haymakers and a jarring strike off one missed attack, most of the time just one of each though, and now evades are misses and misses count towards using them too, we are almost too OP, you can just spam jarring strike/haymaker near non-stop with an evasion build.

    Haymaker -> Simian Thrash wrecks shop too.

    Evasion build is way strong now. I wonder if it's worth giving up defense for at this point, like say, wearing Felt Kecks over Felt Trousers.

    A: Actually, we do have a pugilist lover, Hiroshi Takai, the assistant diorector of the FFXIV dev. team. He is totally head over heels on the pugilist. Every time the patch goes up, he is pressuring both Matsui and Gondai to make the pugilist stronger. After patch 1.19, pugilist can dish out quite a bit of damage, so please see for yourself in patch 1.19!

    Regarding the payment. It says on your objective that Final Fantasy 14 will be compatible for hardcore gamers and casual gamers. It is a bit unfair for casual gamers like myself to pay for a 30 days even though I am only playing half of the time (or less). Is it possible for your good office to maybe have an option for casual gamers to pay 30- gaming days, meaning whenever a player logs-in it is consider as 1 game day. Unlike the payment method that you've said before, the 30 days runs consecutively doesnt matter if you play or not.
