DirectX 11 Crashes when in the main 3 nations.

When I'm in Ishgard or Coerthas, I have no troubles running DX11.

When I am in Gridania or Limsa Lominsa, my game thinks it's funny to crash the PC.
I checked on my motherboards heat monitor, it does not simply raise the heat and crash.

I re installed, did everything in the classic book, nothing is working.

This is a software optimization issue between the 3 Main countries of Eorzea and DirectX11.

I cannot go to Gridania or Limsa Lominsa without trouble, yet Ul'Dah does not crash for me.

I'm running an i7 4790k processor, an MSI Gaming 5 Motherboard, 8GB of RAM 1600 tune frequency (Of which I suspect the issue between your software and my hardware lies.) 2 GTX 970's on SLI working for a 2560 x 1440 monitor.

I do not have these issues in Ishgard, I know you have typically avoided any PR with this crash topic, Square. But a little help would be appreciated.

Are you running EVGA 970's by chance?

You should check the Windows Event Log as well for a crash error.

My R9 390 has crashed in hinterlands, Alex, Highlands, etc. Only on DX11.

May want to get in touch with the EVGA forums to see if your issue is related.

I had to change everything to "Use Application Settings" and turn off any sort of AMD optimizing listings, for it to run properly.

Hmmmm? You removed Catalyst Control Center? That can cause issues all in itself.
