The Real Problem with Parsers

And now assume you were in charge for a second. You put a parser in the game, ok I got that and its A GREAT idea. What does it look like tho. It will actually have to look like something

Yes the fact that parsers in general do not exist for a wider audience while they do for all who care to make additional efforts (or be on pc) is stupid. All the debating I have seen was weighing the pros n cons for what form, and mentality displays. Since you evade any specific standpoint, have one more like xD

For me hard enrages do not exist in DF (they way i use it. I use pf too, obviously.). I dont get to see them. Guess I still dont need a global parser everywhere in the game at all times,
while i upvoted it optionally in pf content (just another checkmark and symbol to show a global parser will make every players performance transparent). Feel free to detect "weak links" where required. Like bis ex or as or whatever youre thinkin of.
Its not fear mongering at all.
Its just that the main purpose i see BEYOND personal parsers AND optional globals, basically saying YOU want a global for "everyone everywhere everytim, wether THEY want it or not" is pointing fingers a la "this run usually takes 20 mins now its 50. Some bad players are stealing my precious time by not performing to a standard i expect. These players are <names here>". The frame set by the game doesnt expect this standard.

To the above: I said im out. Its useless. Wont recycle the same words over an over. Ive been there and done that already. And yes i asked people with ellbow or pointing fingers mentality to stay out of "my game" (->the df). I will do so everytime again. I dont like ellbows. Theres a system in place with pf and blacklist to set your own standards to every single game you play. DF is a place where different standards meet, and unless theres a valid reason to (i agree with hard enrage cuz its a game standard not a personal one. Same applies to overthetop derpy t n h), putting people down its harassment in my eyes.
