You can also argue the contrary. In my previous post I mentioned it may motivate people to improve more. With the current situation, parsers are technically against the ToS, but considered as "tolerated" as long the GMs don't find out about it. You can talk about it with anyone, but if someone decides to report you for displaying parse results, then we get the exact opposite of the coin: a witch hunt for those who use parsers.

I'm not saying your list is wrong, but i believe the middle area would be players being afraid to use parsers, rather than not wanting to use them
