i got a mail from clickandbuy today, and i dont know how to do next step..

Subject:
"Your ClickandBuy Account has been inactive for 12 months"

content:
"If your account has been inactive for 12 months or more and also contains valid funds we will charge a maintenance fee for the upkeep of your account."

"If you do not wish to be charged a fee you can reactivate your account by making either a purchase, a funding or a withdrawal. To do so please visit your account service area at www.clickandbuy.com."

what the....

can i close the account and reactive it when SE begin to charge the fee? thank you

change the payment plan too Crysta and you don't have to touch it too they it become p2p

You account SHOULDN'T contain any "valid funds" as such, else they would be breaking financial rules by charging you without reason... unless:
a) you used C&B for something other than SE
b) your account contains refunded value as a consequence of verifying your credit card with a few small transactions

Log in to C&B and take a look.

There is also a chance this is a scam email - the scammers love imitating legit companies. I'm sure you've seen the paypal ones. But since it seems to not be directing you to an odd site, it's more likely to be legit.

And yes, they can and will charge you if you have such funds. >_>
