    You're....joking right?

    Gil is so ridiculously easy to get already. I make a million a day nearly without even trying.

    If you don't like to craft and gather to make gil, go kill stuff for mats that people need like Yak Milk or Dragon Skin. There's just so many things you can do...

    Ah, the experience of someone who has never done difficult content. >.>

    someone who doesn't do crafting/gathering, and has no interest
    After reading this all i can say is to bad. This is a mmorpg sometimes you have to do things that are less hack and slash to get stuff you want

    The rare retainer drops won't get you more gil than the targeted 1 hour ventures. Check MB prices for Yak Milk, Deepeye Tears, Okeanis Tail, Dragon Skin, and Chimera Mane. I'm sure you can break 50k gil from just 3 one-hour ventures.

    There are also items worth getting from GC seals, Aqueous Whetstones come to mind.

    What you're really asking for is a gimmie money button, which you think other people magically have. Crafters and gatherers only have that button after spending large amounts of time and/or money.

    I don't have crafting and my only gathering is fishing which is not viable to make gil at least from my knowledge back in pre-HW.

    I own a personal large house (thanks to server transfer which doubled my gil) and few millions right now from clearing my inventory from whatever items I get from leveling up plus few others I keep a secret for myself.

    All in all you need to be active in the MB and find your niche items to make decent amount of gil, you don't need crafting and gathering really to make gil, they sure help but not mandatory.

    Take the time to level 1 gathering profession (seriously it's not hard/time consuming use leves). Go get a Timeworn Dragonskin map each day > Complete map with friends/PF group > Get Thavnarian Silk/Leather and other map items (occasionally a bluebird) > Market Board > Profit.

    the only expensive gil sinks are glamour , and consumables if u raid (potions and food) , since all the gil sinks are based around crafting dont think SE will change anything soon...

    Just buy materials or gear to the npc and sell it to the marketboard for 2x their price.
    If you don't like crafting, you don't have to.

    (1 repair = 2K gils in high level for those who think that 50K per week is absurd)

    @the OP
    Before HW even went live I had several million gil. Since then even more. Mind you I'm a real twit when it comes to blowing it also lol. I have no substantial trades and basically made my gil selling materia, gear drops, and apkallu eggs.
