Suggestion on where to put New Housing Area

What about putting housing at the Gold Saucer?
In VII's Gold Saucer, there was a small town built around the base of the Saucer (granted, it was more like a jail-town).
Looking at the Miniature Gold Saucer you can buy, you can see that the Cactuar is standing on a bigger building, surrounded by a bunch of little buildings and a wall.

IF the miniature is an exact replica of the original, then I think this could easily facilitate new homes for players.

It isn't anywhere near The Goblet.
I'm sure Thanalan is big enough to have several housing areas.

True but that doesn't mean they can't add more housing areas.
I'm sure even with the addition of a Ishgarian housing area, there still will be a housing crisis.

Id like a Idyllshire/Dravanian housing distract with some goblin NPCs. Id picture it as very similar to the houses in Hinterlands West side but a little more Gordian stuff around.
