    unable to launch installer due to lack of hard drive space

    So I just did a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit onto my pc due to issues upgrading and was trying to download FF14. I downloaded the 107 MB ffxivsetup.exe file from the official site, but when I open it it says "you do not have enough hard drive space. you need at least 2 GB of free space in my documents"

    The thing is this is a 500 GB hard drive with a fresh install. I have over 400 GB free. I have no idea what's going wrong, but if windows 10 is the issue I'll go back to 7 if it means I can play this game. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

    Ok, ignore this thread, I am a complete idiot and broke the first rule of tech support. All I had to do was reboot because I had some windows updates waiting to be finished. Once I did the game is now installing fine.

    "Did you turn it off and back on again?" Sometimes it really is that simple.
