    The Eighteenth Floor... floored me. :)

    Thanks Naoki-san and everybody. Greatest quest ever imho.
    My avatar Goodberry was so startled! No wonder, she was seeing and talking to the real Gods who created her world. And, who ever saw such an entanglement of real and virtual worlds? The virtual Naoki, created by the real Naoki, speaking to the real me through my avatar in the FF14 world...
    And the philosophy of it... Goodberry is a being of bits who lives on some computers and on the Internet, she goes to sleep when I log off and awakes when I log on... when she's awake she does all kinds of extraordinary things... is she really so less real than me?
    I also loved the friendliness and humbleness of Naoki's and the other devs' avatars. How I wish some other devs were like that...
    Last but not least: Naoki-san is a handsome man, but his avatar is gorgeous.

    I was amazed. The 18th floor was one great big thank you note to the community. In all my years of gaming I have never felt so welcomed to play a game by its developers.
