Yeah. I finished it. I have mages ballad, got it at lvl 30

The same person that gave you Mage's Ballad. Just go back to where your job quest ended at level 30.

You can look under Journal (press J) click "Complete" Under Job Quests, look for Bard and read the text description to learn where the NPC will be if you can't remember.

Just so you're aware, you will have to return to that npc every 5 levels until level 50. Afterwards, it may move again to another npc for every 2 levels until 60 (have not leveled bard to 60 yet).

Essentially, any job abilities you learn now will require you to complete a quest for them. Good luck and have fun.

For the Bard quest especially, in HW

they essentially move along with the main quests, up until Churning Mists

so good luck with that..
