Ok so I had a ps4 I transferred my account over and my ps4 broke so I'm using PS3 while its in the shop is there a way to transfer my account back to PS3 from ps4?

If you still own a copy of the game for ps3, I don't see why it wouldn't still work. Accounts are cross-platform as long as you own a valid copy for each platform.

my wife wants to know if she can transfer her account from ps4 to PS3 even tho it never has been on a PS3 before

It depends if you upgraded or not. If you upgraded from PS3 to PS4 when they were running the promo then you can not go back to PS3 without buying the PS3 version (license) again. If you bought them separately then you should be able to log in from both systems, you just have to make sure both licenses are tied to your SE account. Once you add either the ps3 or ps4 (or even pc) version to your account you can play on all 3 platforms, it doesn't necessarily transfer, but is accessible from all three. Hope this helps,

Edit: Also, you'll need to make sure you have heavensward for both platforms. I don't know if you can even buy them separately now, but that's one thing to consider. For example I have ps4 and pc licenses but only purchased HW on ps4, so I can't access new content on PC.

I see thanx a lot I'll have to buy the PS3 version for her but I've already bought it for my account so I guess I'll need to purchase it for hers aswell
