I don't think I've ever had a worse experience with customer service before. Last night I found out my raid group would require a Ninja of me instead of a warrior. Unknowing I mistakenly purchased the warrior esoteric weapon. Through feedback from other players having the same issue I contacted support and was told that my situation does not qualify as a mistake and they were not going to help me. The issue itself doesn't tick me off its more the fact that the supervisor I spoke with then talked with his supervisor and when I asked to speak with him he had convinently left the office. No contact information was offer I was directed to feedback and my issue was dismissed. An issue I know for a fact multiple players have had mine was not only handled poorly but ultimately nothing more then policy was quoted at me and then was released.
