Target of NPC / elements of the decor is always on even in "ennemies only" mode

    Time: 2015/09/03 14:08
Frequency: always, since the game came out in Aug. 2013
    World name: Cerberus
    Character name: Lokki Frost
    NPC name: all
    Monster name: all
    Class/Level: all
    Party or solo: both
    In-game time: irrelevant
    Area and coordinates: irrelevant
    Steps:
    1. In preferences, activate custom target sets (for use with L1+X/O/..)
    2. Uncheck (if not already) NPC / Elements of decor in L1+O custom set
    3. Start a solo job quest having NPC or play in an area with ennemies and NPC targets
    4. Activate Ennemies only custom target set with L1+O
    5. Cycle through targets with Left / Right keys on the left pad and it will still select NPC / Decor

    Playing on PlayStation®4

    Thanks a lot !

That's odd, my filter works for me, I don't target NPCs with my settings the same way

Hmm now that you mention it it doesn't when I explicitly select L1+O, but sometimes in the middle of a fight it'll do it ...

Are you pressing X to target the closest enemy or whatever? X targeting is not affected by target filters (that way you can still interact with NPCS without fiddling with settings) so you might just be pressing that instead
