That would be cool but they probably will not because then they will have to introduce physics with them when you jump and stuff and they probably don't want to mess with all that...hence...chokers...I am with you though, that would be awesome.

Also, the longer they make them, I'd imagine the more clipping would possibly be involved.

I imagine they'd just make them like the current long ones in game (I think they're South Seas Talismans or something) and have them "glued" to the torso so no physics or clipping issues. It would mean that they're only invisible when not wearing a chest piece though.
