    Cannot Redeem Heavensward Purchase from Trial Account

    Hello,

    Yesterday I purchased the Collector's Edition bundle of both Heavensward and A Realm Reborn. I went to Mog Station and entered my key after I received it via e-mail and got an "Invalid Key" error.

    After contacting customer support and not being able to speak to someone, I tried to purchase second version of the game hoping it was just a faulty CD Key. I unfortunately received the same error with the second version of the game and have been unable to upgrade my account...

    Has anyone else experienced issues with this? I have tried the following:

    - Ensured there were no spelling/capitalization errors in the Key when entered
    - Ensured both purchases had been verified via SMS/E-mail
    - Tried various browsers as well as computers, both Windows and OS X operating systems
    - Attempted to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT and entered BOTH of the purchased keys and received the same error twice

    At this point I am out of luck and desperately waiting for a response from Square Enix... And am down $120

    Hoping this issue gets resolved, and would appreciate any help on the matter.

    That is absurd... I have a friend of mine that is experiencing the exact same issue. He's filed tickets both through Final Fantasy and the Square Enix store and has gotten no reply for over 48 hours. Unacceptable if you ask me. Any fix for this???
