Glamours : Please a different system

Can you guys at least make a system so any items we had used, worn or collected, be added to a system so we can glamour from that list? This is ridiculous for us to collect hundreds of these items for all the classes we play on one character... seriously how many retainer would that take? and also how much work it takes to go through every page of the retainer looking for an item that we want to glamour? please do something about this... as this is a ridiculous system as current.

I think it would be nice if we had something like a wardrobe in inns/houses that you would insert equipment and glamour through that interface. Would save server load as well since it would only need to communicate with the server for a few minutes at a time at most.

The best Glamour system is the one in Guild Wars 2.

If you get an item, you right click it to add it to your ACCOUNT BOUND wardrobe. If its their version of a 'green or better' it becomes account bound by doing this. If its a lower item, you can still sell it, even trade it (so its really easy to get all the lowbie stuff into your wardrobe by just a single visit to the auction house).

Once its in the Account Wardrobe, any and all characters now and in future, can 'glamour' it - at no cost.

I understand FFXIV wants us to look like a fashion-freak-army until level 50... Fine... Once we get one class of one character on our account - why need to repeat that fashion disaster ever again?

Just as I feel these devs need to look at Wildstar for housing, they need to look at Guild Wars 2 for glamour. BUT NOT for fashion... the actual armor sets in Guild Wars 2... those devs have a weird obsession with butt-flaps.

    - But its always good to take a pass at the competition once every year or so, and grab all the good ideas. WoW ripping off other people's ideas is how they got to 11-million players... FFXIV is now the growing MMO, with a fresher take. Time to take what others did right, and ignore the mistakes (like GW2 buttflaps and Wildstar raid-tuning ).

I agree on DCUO having a really amazing glamour system. Not only are the glamour sets saved (without having to keep the actual equipment), the costume/gear choices all have multiple dye options to each piece vs. just one dye per piece as we have now.

yea GW2 has that you click and unlock the skin

i really would like to see that in this game so we dont have to keep all the uneccesary gear that we gather from raids dungeons etc
we would still need to use glamour prisms tho

something like you have alist of gear that are unlocked for glamour you click on one and than it says what glamour you need and done

Its been mentioned countless times already and I fully agree with you.

So many limitations in the game its mind boggling. Much older games seem to have no issues with the majority of limitations we experience in here

I don't expect results at this point but I definitely agree op!!
