    I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but I'll just throw this out there ...

    When you're in a dungeon, and you haven't gotten a "good" Draw to use Time Dilation on, you can use C. Uncon and slap the tank with Time Dilation/C. Opp for a really powerful, long-duration HoT. Usually it's more than enough to buy you the duration in Cleric Stance, allowing you to DPS freely for at least 30s or more.

    This is generally how I "make up" for not having a DPS buffed.
