It's not a "goal", like Balance or Arrow. But if, while you're trying to get Balance or Arrow and end up with Bole, it doesn't hurt.
But the problem with that is you're blowing your Royal Road for a useless card. If you don't have a Royal Road already, you're better off royal roading your Bole. That's what it comes down to.
