Only time you'll burn bole are balance is if you've already spread something and it's in between mobs.

Broken record here, but I highly suggest not to use Bole for anything other than RR unless you have a specific use for it when you Draw it. Bole doesn't do a damned thing for run-of-the-mill encounters; it's only good for tank busters and arguably for a very large pull if you suspect that the tank has bitten off more than he/she can chew. Much like Sacred Soil, Bole is a very situational buff when you can potentially Shuffle it away or use it to set up an RR combo instead.

it never hurts to have it spread for a situation you might need it, or if a poor tank doesnt use cd's. plus less damage = more time in clerics

I agree that it can be useful for that purpose, but only when the amount of damage incoming justifies its use. That's why I will only deploy it at certain times (IOW getting a Bole near the end of a pull or after a boss has recently blown its tank buster is pretty unfortunate).

Also, if there is a summoner in my group and I shuffle into a spear, I'll toss the spear on them. Otherwise I almost always RR it.

Why are you spreading anything but Balance and Arrow? Stop doing that. Stop using anything but Balance and Arrow. Everything else is useless (With the maybe once in a moon exception you get Bole like 10 seconds before a tank buster).

I don't see where they said anything about Spread. If you shuffle into Bole at the start of the huge pull, there's nothing wrong with tossing it onto the tank so you can help dps longer.

Listen I'll just draw this out here so that people will understand

Draw -> Arrow or Balance -> Spread
Anything else -> Shuffle
Arrow or Balance > Spread
Anything else > Royal Road

[Draw 2 w/ Balance or Arrow Spread 8 man group]
Ewer = Spire > Bole = Balance = Spear = Arrow

[Draw 2 Balance or Arrow Spread 4 man group]
Balance = Bole = Spear = Arrow > Ewer = Spire

[Draw 3 Bole, Spear, Spire, Ewer Royal Royaded]
Balance or Arrow -> Use it
Is Shuffle is up repeat.
Otherwise, see draw 2 on priorities for Royal Road, otherwise Right click.

Unless you have something like that set up, either right click it, or if shuffle is off cooldown just blow it.

Stop saying spear is useless. Unless you have a bard always mana battering you, spear is always great for lowering CD for LA and CO. Spire, on the other hand, is probably only useful for aoe pulls.

Waiting for a Spear to hit all your CD is too situational, if you get Spear in those conditions great. If you need to burn CD I don't wait for spear. Using LA at 40% MP just for waiting a Spear is not worth, better use it when you are at 70% MP.

I mean, mathematically it's not even worth waiting 30 seconds for another draw.

Imagine you are at 70% MP (this is the moment you should use LA), there are 3 possible scenarios.

Timeline 1 (normal scenario):
Second 0 -> Draw (not Spear) Use LA and CO
Second 120-> You have LA and CO again

Timeline 2 (worst scenario):
Second 0 -> Draw (not Spear) You don't use LA and CO
Second 30 -> Draw (Spear) Use LA and CO
Second 126 -> You have LA and CO again.

Timeline 3 (perfect scenario):
Second 0 -> Draw (Spear) Use LA and CO
Second 96 -> You have LA and CO again

Unless you get Timeline 3 spear is royal road fodder.
