i196 LF Late-Night Static (Server transfer in consideration)

Times: 11:00 PM - 3:00AM PST, 7-Days a week

I've been raiding on Lamia for the past month or so and we've cleared A1S and A2S so far (For some strange reason the group has two dedicated Scholars. They cleared A2S just today but I wasn't a part of it. I should get the clear tomorrow as they'll run it again so I can get a page.) Needless to say things don't always work out in my best interests, and a shift-change at work is causing my hours to no longer line up with theirs.

I'm primarily looking for:
1) Players who are in it for the challenge. I'm not here to prestige world-firsts or anything crazy. I want to experience the hardest content the game has and clear it.
2) An extension of the above; players who are friendly. I don't want to be surrounded by people who rage and freak out over every wipe. (Although I understand most people get frustrated with repeated failure)
3) Again an extension of above. I want players who understand that mistakes will be made; even in content we've already "mastered". Better yet though, I would love for people to own up to their mistakes.

That's it for the serious side of things. If you're a late-night raid group of chill people who want to get shit done then I'm your healer! Unfortunately since I'm on another server I can't exactly "tryout", but I'll ask my raid leader to snapshot some parses tomorrow for those who want it.

Optionally: I have a Paladin and a Monk who would be willing to join, but they come as a pair. I can either come to your group alone or the three of us can, but not any combination of two.

Bonus points for any groups that like to coordinate their glamours. Extremely high bonus points if you like to color-coordinate them so that we look like a super sentai group.
If I'm gonna raid, I want to look cool too.

Answered earlier on your Leviathan thread, unfortunatly i missread about your timezone, thought it was EST, and apprently our schedule which is noticed on other thread won't match with yours.

That's really lame, after reading this thread which is more detailed, I think we got the same vision of how raid must go regarding of your point 1, 2 and 3, I totally agree with this kind of mentality, and that's what I expect from my members.

Any chance u can log a bit earlier, we could try delay our schedule by an hour if that can help ? 7-days availibility is pretty interesting for me too.

Hope we can find a solution.

I cannot budge that time at all, sorry. I don't get off work until an hour before the posted time, and I need time to get home and get changed and have something to eat.

Yeah, apparently it is impossible to make work schedule together. I talked yesterday about you to my raiders and some of us can't make it that late due to IRL stuffs too.

I do hope u will find a team that can fit in that late schedule. I'm a french dude, that makes 8/9 in the morning here, so maybe like u said a morning EU group might work for you.
