Are healers lazy or do some really live by "I only heal"?

This screen capture needs to be stickied in a thread by itself at the top of the Healer sub-forums, because no one wants a Sylphie.

I can honestly say that out of the hundreds of dungeons, trials and raids I've done on my various characters, the tanks who were in them royally bitched at the healers if they DPSed in a good 90% of those runs.

I've never, ever witnessed this. Of course, I'm often the healer in these situations, and no one has had the balls to ask me not to DPS when I'm clearly doing my job correctly.
