    Transfering HUD, user config and system config from a pc to another pc

    Hi everybody,

    Quick question. I'm planning on buying a new pc very soon and was wondering if i'm going to have to redo all my HUD / Caracter config / System config on the new pc or there is a way to copy paste or transfer some kind of files like HUD.config, Caracter.config. It would be sooooo much easier and simple.

    In My Documents\My Games\Final Fantasy XIV (or something similar), you will have folders with strange names. Each one corresponding to one of your character. Just copy-paste this folder to your new pc.
    If your resolution is not the same, the UI could be stretched badly but everything else will remain as on the old computer.

    Otherwise, you have this.

    If you are using more than one PC, you can make it very easy using symbolic links to your OneDrive folder. With that, its auto syncing.

    Is also working in Windows 10.
