Is maim our biggest hitter?

Pug gets a 9 fold attack, LNC gets a 6 fold.. Arc gets multihitters as well... Is maim our bigest burst damage? And is it even comparable to the other classes moves?

Yea, Maim is usually our biggest damage dealing skill if you have 2000TP. Raging Strike + Ferocity (+Hawk's Eye) + Maim is from my experience the single strongest attack in the game aside from multishot-based ARC skills.

For instance, if you hit a Tough monster for 180 dmg per swing, your Maim will often do 900+ damage when buffed. Whereas other classes of the same level as you will hit for 120 dmg per swing and their WS will max out around 450.

Maim is MRD trumph card atm. It does destroy whenever it lands and the its effect also even helps anyone who comes after.

But the "supposed" MRD best skill actually wasn't unlocked still. That's Godsbane (you can even see this name at auto-translate). Its Guillotine again. 4-fold WS that will, pretty much, destroy w/e cross your way. But until we learn Godsbane, lets maim the enemies! =P

Yes, Maim is our hardest hitting ability but the fact that it takes 2000tp doesn't make it every efficient in most cases. For harder fights it's definitely worth it but for stuff that dies fast the only reason to use it is to see a big number. With that said, every MRD should have it on their bar to use when it's worth using.
