While I have multiple 50's I feel your pain here completely. I logged in to do do some leves post patch. Rank 37 Marauder doing a R40 level. I got absolutely stomped into the ground by the linking leve mobs now. This was on solo 1 star. I have been playing this game since beta, I know how to play and I was completely unprepared for this change. MOST of the time I group so its a non issue, but there are occasions where I have limited playtime and want to do a few leves and log.

You had issues because you were fighting things above your level. As has been stated many times on these forums, that doesn't work so well any more. Go do a leve at the 30 camp with 3*, the mobs will be 36, and you'll be fine.
