Buffs/Debuffs Never Wear Off!!!

Since 1.19 I was doin a leve and found out a few diffrent times that stun never wore off from me and all my buff timers reached 0:00 and never dissapeared. and when i die and return to crystal iweakness never wore off it reach 0:00 icon never went away, also all my tp never left until i warped out of the area. happened more than once

Please list the in-game time that the issue occurred.

Steps:
Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.

-I started Securing Nophica's wells at nophica wells aetheryte
i fought 6/10 gnats and i went to grab all the other 4 gnats at once and ikilled one, and then i saw i had "STUN" it was the first status effect not to wear. i thought was shock spikes but i turned around and never wore, so i died returned, and tried again weakness never wore off. also i was on choco in thanlan and timer hit 0:00 and i was still on it until i dismounted
-I have Windows Vista
-High speed internet, i dont know my connection speed
-Gladiator lvl 35\Ul'dahn Private Third Class
-Hyur M
-Happened 2wice once in the leve, and other on choco back
-IP Adress is 72.201.87.153

It has happened to me a couple of time to, the icon is there blinking at zero, though, the effects do wear off

o i forgot also all my tp stayed, it never decreased or went away even after i died and returned... all the buffs wore off finally when i teleported out of the area
