True but who can say what can happen with crazy echo powers. As I said, whatever happened during the calamity lore wise robbed everyone of the memory of who the Warriors of Light were. They only remember that they existed. They can't even remember what they looked or sounded like. That would suggest there is some way that could allow us to hide who we are.

That happened because Louisoix removed the WoL and pals from reality temporarily to prevent Bahamut from murdering them. It has nothing to do with crazy echo powers or anything we could actually do without using immense amounts of aether and probably forbidden magic. I mean, Yshtola maybe could do it, but it'd involve taking another 5 year hiatus and absolutely no one remembering us, not just the Empire.
